The municipality of Loiza, located on the northern coast of Puerto Rico, contains an important history of Afro-Caribbean customs and traditions. It was entrusted to work in a rehabilitation of its urban center adding different programs that could reinforce the activity in that area. At this end, the Sports District, being created, could attract more interested people to use these sports venues, including students, professionals, tourists and residents of the area to be part of the experience.
